About the role
The Stock Handler will support warehouse operations by retrieving, stacking and moving stock efficiently while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere to warehouse SOPs and retrieve stock promptly for outward movement.
- Apply FEFO principles and ensure correct stacking and palletisation.
- Identify and segregate damaged or expired stock.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and prevent handling damages.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including dusting slow‑moving items.
- Follow instructions from the Warehouse Manager/Officer and report any abnormal activity.
Required profile
- Basic schooling with ability to read and write clearly.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment.
- Attributes: punctual, honest, high integrity, hard‑working, detail‑oriented, organised and customer‑oriented.
Required skills
- Ability to read and write clearly.
- Proficiency in using material handling equipment (e.g., HPT).
