Store Officer

About the role

The Store Officer will manage all aspects of inventory and stock control for Maridav Ghana Limited in Kumasi. You will ensure that incoming goods are accurately recorded, stored safely, and that stock levels are maintained to support smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger timely replenishment.
• Issue stock and document all store transactions.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Keep the store clean, well‑arranged and properly maintained.
• Monitor stock movement to minimise wastage or losses.
• Prepare regular inventory and stock reports.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless stock management.

Required profile

• HND in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in store, inventory or stock management (mid‑level).
• Strong organisational and record‑keeping abilities.
• Honest, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be a resident of Kumasi.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
