About the role
Join a global humanitarian organization as a Supply Chain Intern focused on COUPA procurement processes. Working under the WAR Supply Chain Specialist, you will support purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order (PO) tracking, ensure documentation compliance, and contribute to audit‑ready procurement activities.
Key responsibilities
- Support PR and PO tracking within the COUPA system.
- Review procurement documentation for completeness and compliance.
- Conduct PR ageing analysis and produce weekly reports.
- Prepare monthly COUPA compliance reports.
- Assist with vendor and catalogue management.
- Maintain updated procurement records and trackers.
Required profile
- Basic understanding of procurement processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a compliance mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity and willingness to learn system and compliance requirements.
