Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple vacancies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline and talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies on appropriate channels and ensure timely updates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, track key metrics and produce regular reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, campus recruitment and other talent acquisition activities.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple vacancies and deliver results.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, supply chain or high‑volume recruitment is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using job portals and social media platforms for recruitment.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
