Technical Sales Executive

About the role

Raincoat Roofing Systems is looking for a Technical Sales Executive to combine product knowledge with strong customer service. You will help customers understand technical roofing solutions and support them from the first contact through to final installation.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the buying process, answer technical questions and prepare tailored proposals.
• Travel to client sites as needed and represent the company at industry events.
• Present roofing solutions confidently and stay informed about market trends and competitor products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Manage sales targets, follow‑up activities and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• HND in Marketing, Building Technology, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in construction, roofing or a related industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details in simple terms.
• Organised, proactive and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Roofing knowledge is an advantage but not essential if you can learn quickly.
