Technical Sales Executive – Roofing Solutions

About the role

Raincoat Roofing Systems is looking for a motivated Technical Sales Executive to join its growing team in the Accra & Tema region. You will act as the bridge between our product experts and customers, helping clients understand technical specifications and guiding them from initial inquiry to final installation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the buying journey, answering technical questions and preparing tailored proposals.
• Travel to client sites, attend industry events, and present roofing solutions with confidence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to keep our portfolio competitive.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets customer expectations.
• Manage sales targets, follow‑up activities, and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• HND in Marketing, Building Technology, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in construction, roofing, or a similar industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Organised, proactive and driven to achieve sales targets.

Required skills

• Product knowledge of roofing systems (preferred, not mandatory).
• Ability to prepare technical proposals and presentations.
