Transport Accounting Specialist

About the role
The Transport Accounting Specialist will oversee the financial processing for self‑owned vehicle drivers supporting our manufacturing logistics. Based in Takoradi, the role ensures accurate payment, record‑keeping and reporting for driver‑related transport activities.
Key responsibilities
- Process and issue payments to drivers who use their own vehicles for company deliveries.
- Maintain up‑to‑date financial records, reconcile driver accounts and verify trip logs.
- Calculate driver remuneration based on mileage, trips and agreed rates.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the transport team to keep driver information current.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance functions.
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
