About the role
The Treasury Accountant is responsible for the accurate preparation of cash forecasts, loan schedules and payment reports, while promoting efficient cash and loan management across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare timely and accurate cash forecasts, loan schedules and payment reports.
- Deliver high‑standard treasury services to management and staff, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
- Promote process improvement, data integrity and excellent customer service within the treasury function.
- Act as the primary finance liaison for business units, handling cash and bank‑related queries.
- Ensure compliance with Group and local treasury policies.
Required profile
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA or ICAG.
- University degree (BSc/HND) in Social Sciences or any numerate discipline.
- Minimum three years of experience in treasury, cash management or a related finance function within a multinational or banking environment.
- Masters degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of treasury processes.
