About the role
We are looking for a creative UGC Creator & Get Ready With Me (GRWM) Vlogger to join our team in Accra. In this hybrid position you will produce authentic video content that showcases products, engages audiences, and drives sales on the 360kart live‑shopping platform.
Key responsibilities
- Produce short‑form and long‑form video content, including GRWM vlogs and product showcase videos.
- Brainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas that align with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with partner brands to integrate their products into your storytelling.
- Participate in live shopping events, handling live streaming and real‑time audience interaction.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to refine future campaigns.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and presentation abilities for engaging online audiences.
- Good time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and their algorithmic behaviours.
- Understanding of e‑commerce, social commerce and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Prior experience as a content creator or vlogger is advantageous but not mandatory.
