About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking a tech‑savvy Marketing Specialist to lead VOSA operations, a key component of its digital transformation strategy. The role focuses on enhancing dealer performance, digitising sales processes, and building long‑term brand loyalty through data‑driven insights and platform optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full implementation, training, operation and continuous optimisation of the VOSA platform.
• Coordinate activities across development, sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Maintain system stability and provide first‑line technical support for internal and external users.
• Manage localisation, user engagement, system updates and performance tracking.
• Analyse customer behaviour, deliver data insights and support campaign, content and influencer metric assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a large factory or corporate sales and marketing environment.
• Familiarity with online sales trackers and marketing applications.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
