WAC Market Excellence Senior Manager

About the role

The WAC Market Excellence Senior Manager leads innovation, loyalty and sales excellence initiatives across the WAC region, reporting to the WAC Commercial Director. Acting as a key business partner and centre of excellence, the role supports business units in accelerating growth, improving customer engagement and enhancing commercial effectiveness, combining strategy with hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Innovation and growth: lead the end-to-end New Product Development pipeline, build and manage an innovation roadmap, develop business cases and ROI assessments, and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Loyalty and customer retention: design and run loyalty programmes, use data analytics to spot churn risks and drive adoption through targeted campaigns
• Route-to-market excellence: define and improve RTM strategies, set KPI frameworks, partner with Finance on profitability models and design partnership programmes
• Commercial transformation and sales excellence: lead the roadmap for commercial tools and systems (SFA, CRM, DMS, reporting and routing), deploy IRED use cases and support sales capability development

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, business development, sales excellence, transformation or related fields
• Proven track record leading large-scale commercial transformation or Go-to-Market consulting projects
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
• Fluent English; French is an advantage
