Warehouse Assistant

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant supports Epiroc Equipment Ghana Ltd.'s Supply Chain & Sourcing department by ensuring smooth inventory flow and material handling at the Tarkwa site. This role is part of the Customer Center team and contributes directly to engineering and planning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage consignment inventory, including stock receipt, dispatch and accurate tracking.
• Maintain organized inventory and perform regular stock reconciliations.
• Process orders, prepare shipments and handle invoicing documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment based on usage forecasts.
• Coordinate quotations, order fulfilment and customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation, client communication and compliance with warehouse safety standards.

Required profile

• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply Chain or a related field.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including a 24‑hour on‑call schedule.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting while following safety and ergonomic practices.
• Strong teamwork skills with the capacity to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
