Warehouse Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Hardware and Chemical Warehouse Audit Supervisor will lead audit activities across TWYFORD INTERNATIONAL’s warehouses in Takoradi and the Western Region. The role ensures compliance with 6S standards, safety, environmental regulations and accurate inventory records for hardware and chemical materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain warehouse audit systems and 6S management standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, supervise corrective actions and verify improvements.
• Audit inventory management to guarantee consistency between physical stock, system records and storage locations.
• Oversee proper labeling, identification and safe storage of hazardous substances.
• Perform scheduled and ad‑hoc inventory checks, identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with procurement, production and safety teams.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, analyse trends and recommend efficiency and compliance measures.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics auditing or inventory management, preferably in ceramics, chemical or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of 6S principles and warehouse compliance auditing.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset and proven ability to produce accurate reports.
• Excellent teamwork, initiative and responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
