Warehouse Manager – Finished Goods Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of our finished‑goods warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, shipping, inventory control, system accounting and coordinating plans while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage all warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, inventory control and system accounting.
• Lead, supervise and develop warehouse staff, allocate work and assess performance.
• Conduct daily 6S inspections to maintain organization, cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proactively mitigate hazards.
• Coordinate with internal teams (forklift, receiving, shipping, data) and external departments (import/export, HR, security, production, transportation, planning).
• Serve as primary contact for inter‑departmental warehouse matters.
• Analyze and report warehouse anomalies and operational issues.
• Participate in management discussions with Chinese leadership to implement solutions.
• Oversee system accounting, maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven team‑leadership experience including training, coaching and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and system accounting.
• Understanding of 6S principles and occupational health and safety standards.
