Warehouse Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of our finished‑goods warehouse in Takoradi. The role involves overseeing receiving, shipping, inventory control, and system accounting while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and plan coordination.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff, allocating work and monitoring daily assignments.
• Conduct daily 6S inspections to maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proactively mitigate hazards.
• Coordinate with internal teams (forklift, receiving, shipping, data) and external departments (import/export, HR, security, production, transportation, planning).
• Serve as primary point of contact for inter‑departmental warehouse matters.
• Analyze warehouse anomalies, report issues, and participate in management discussions with Chinese leadership.
• Oversee system accounting and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet production and customer demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a warehouse or logistics operation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven team‑leadership experience, including training, coaching and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and system accounting.
