About the role
The Warehouse Officer/Executive will ensure smooth warehouse operations, maintain high stock accuracy and support the Warehouse Manager in daily activities.
Key responsibilities
- Enforce strict adherence to warehouse SOPs and FEFO principles for outbound movements.
- Supervise loading, off‑loading, stacking, retrieval and use of forklift equipment.
- Verify documentation for inbound and outbound stock movements and maintain accurate stock cards.
- Monitor expiries, damages and pilferage, and take corrective actions.
- Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping and optimal storage utilization.
- Assist with audit preparation and report any operational abnormalities.
Required profile
- HND or equivalent with 5‑7 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Professional, problem‑sensitive, high‑integrity and customer‑service oriented.
- Strong time‑management, teamwork and quality consciousness.
Required skills
- Forklift operation
- Good warehouse practices and stock management knowledge
