Warehouse Officer

About the role

Ecom Agrotrade, a global commodity merchant, is looking for a motivated Warehouse Officer to manage stock flow, support audits and ensure accurate reporting for its operations in Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and record stocks and inputs such as PPE, jute sacks and agro‑inputs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and distribute items to districts after approval.
• Conduct annual stock counts and prepare daily/weekly inventory reports for the Business Head and AGMs.
• Enter Empower data for jute sacks and manage inventory data entry for all business units.
• Ensure health and safety standards, keep the warehouse tidy, and supervise security staff.
• Prepare for and support internal and external warehouse audits.
• Process casual‑worker payments and request imprest using the company system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics Management, Purchasing & Supply, Finance/Accounting or Business Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar warehouse or inventory role.
• Willingness to work extra hours, weekends and reside in the field as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Data‑entry competence.
• Practical knowledge of SAP.
