Warehouse Specialist – Data Management & Administration

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist who will ensure accurate data management and administrative support within our warehouse operations. The role involves handling both digital and physical records, maintaining data quality, and providing timely information to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to collect, update and manage warehouse information efficiently.
• Enter and maintain records in electronic databases and filing systems with high accuracy.
• Monitor data quality standards, validate information and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Provide administrative support and accurate information to staff and other departments.
• Organise physical documents and digital files for easy retrieval.
• Safeguard confidential information and handle sensitive data responsibly.
• Prepare reports, summaries and data extracts as required.

Required profile

• Reliable, honest and hardworking attitude.
• Previous experience in data entry, clerical work or office administration is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process large volumes of data with minimal errors.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Degree in logistics, procurement, supply chain, mathematics or statistics is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with common office productivity tools.
