Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations at Yara Ghana's terminal in Tema. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure that product receipt, storage, and dispatch are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently to support the company's agricultural supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Check and inspect incoming products for correct quantity, type, and quality, and label them appropriately.
• Prepare and dispatch products to customers following established delivery procedures.
• Organise all warehouse activities, maintaining compliance with safety standards and high housekeeping standards.
• Conduct monthly stock takes, compile reports, and update inventory data in the system.
• Manage contracted labour and supervise warehouse clerks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely replenishment.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or professional diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting.
• Minimum three years of multinational experience and three to five years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and independent work abilities.
• Fluency in English and good health‑and‑safety awareness.
