About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and guaranteeing that production facilities receive the correct materials on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain adequate numbers of casual workers to meet operational needs.
- Inspect and monitor the warehouse each day to keep it clean and tidy.
- Ensure factories receive the right materials for production on time.
- Verify that officers update stock cards daily before signing off work.
- Check raw‑material stock daily to confirm accuracy.
- Report any problems promptly.
- Ensure all items in the warehouse are properly labelled.
Required profile
- Experience in supervising warehouse or stock‑handling operations.
- Ability to manage casual labour forces.
- Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
