About the role
The Wellness Assistant will join Chiropractic and Wellness Centres (CWC) in Ghana on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will support daily clinic operations, engage with clients, and help deliver the centre’s health and wellness programs.
Key responsibilities
- Perform seated massage and Musculoskeletal Enhancement (MSE) after training.
- Prepare, store, archive, and retrieve patient data and documentation.
- Assist the team doctor with patient care activities.
- Handle customer service, administrative, and operational duties.
- Promote the CWC brand and its chiropractic and wellness services.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Minimum education: SSSCE / WASSCE.
- Coachability, teamwork orientation, and a genuine interest in wellness.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
- Data input and typing experience.
