About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on wholesale cashier to join the leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana. The role is based in one of several Accra‑area locations and involves processing customer payments, issuing receipts and providing basic customer service.

Key responsibilities

Process and receive payments from customers.
Issue receipts for all purchases and verify their accuracy.
Calculate and return change when required.
Respond to customer queries and provide basic service.
Reconcile cash and sales receipts daily.
Maintain bookkeeping records in line with company procedures.
Keep the checkout area clean and tidy.
Prepare and submit cash reports.
Assist sales floor staff with stocking shelves and other branch activities.

Required profile

HND in Accounting or a related discipline.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar cashier position.
Residency in Okaishie, Odorkor, Tema, Dzorwulu, Spintex or East Legon.
Training in digital marketing techniques is a plus.
