About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Clerk to join our Accra office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support daily office operations, ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
- Manage phone communications and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments and meeting rooms for executive staff.
- Assist with general clerical duties such as data entry, document preparation and record keeping.
- Support office supply management and procurement.
Required profile
- Proven ability to perform administrative and clerical tasks with high accuracy.
- Strong executive support skills, including calendar management and task prioritisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with professional phone etiquette.
- Highly detail‑oriented, organised and capable of multitasking under deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in Business Administration, Management or a related field is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent office software.
