About the role
The WUSC Global Leadership Team is seeking an AI/Digital Tool Consultant to support its November retreat in Accra. The consultant will audit the team’s current digital workflow, design and facilitate a hands‑on AI and digital tools workshop, and help embed AI‑driven experimentation into the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Audit the Global Leadership Team retreat on 16‑17 Nov 2026 to understand current operating context, objectives and challenges.
- Design and lead a 3‑hour “AI and Digital Tools” workshop on 18 Nov 2026, including preparation of demo tools and hands‑on sessions.
- Prepare and showcase Google Workspace AI solutions (Gemini, Gems, Notebook, AppSheet) for participants.
- Participate in broader retreat discussions on digital disruption and future strategy, ensuring consistency with senior digital manager’s agenda.
Required profile
- Hands‑on expert in Google Workspace and its AI capabilities (Gemini, Gems, Notebook).
- Proven experience designing and facilitating workshops on AI or digital tools.
- Ability to audit organizational processes and translate pain points into practical AI solutions.
