Centralized Purchase Requestor (French Speaking)

About the role

Nestlé Business Services is looking for a French‑speaking Centralized Purchase Requestor to support its Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) operations for French‑speaking markets. The role will ensure smooth execution of procurement processes, timely delivery of goods and services, and proactive issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with suppliers on delivery status, escalating delays or discrepancies as needed.
• Manage order tracking by monitoring open purchase orders, delivery confirmations, and expected timelines.
• Handle market and supplier queries in French and English, providing timely resolutions for requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Identify recurring issues affecting delivery or P2P cycle efficiency and propose continuous‑improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and documentation standards.
• Support reporting and tracking of key P2P performance metrics such as delivery performance and PO cycle time.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in Procurement, Source‑to‑Pay, or Shared Services.
• Fluent/native French speaker and proficient English.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end P2P processes, including requisition, purchase order, invoice processing, and payment workflows.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a service‑oriented attitude.
