Construction Planning Specialist – Accra

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Planning Specialist to join our Accra office. In this full-time, on-site position you will coordinate schedules, resources and plans to keep projects on track and deliver high-quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans and project schedules using MS Project and other planning tools.
• Monitor and analyse project progress, identify variances and propose corrective actions.
• Align resources, materials and labour to meet established deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders and clients to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support budgeting activities, cost estimation and financial planning for construction projects.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimise processes to improve project outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and planning expertise.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Solid understanding of finance and budgeting in construction.
• Proven experience in construction planning or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
