About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join its manufacturing plant as Factory Hands. This entry‑level position supports daily production operations and offers on‑the‑job training for candidates with basic education.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in production line operations under supervision.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished tiles.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Perform other production support tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• JHS or SHS certificate.
• Physically fit and able to work on a production floor.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts.
• Basic understanding of English.
