About the role
We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee to support our construction and renovation projects in Accra and the Tema region. The role involves assisting with factory building, overseeing maintenance work, and coordinating on‑site activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with factory building and renovation work.
- Follow up on construction and maintenance work.
- Assist in coordinating contractors and workers.
- Conduct basic site inspections.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of construction and building maintenance.
- 1‑2 years of work experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, willing to learn and able to work on‑site.
- Basic computer skills.
