Marketing Manager – Accra

About the role

The Marketing Manager will support the Head of Marketing and Social Franchise in delivering MSI Ghana’s marketing strategy. Based in Accra, you will lead the development and execution of targeted campaigns across the organisation’s service delivery channels, aiming to increase uptake of family planning and reproductive health services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor integrated marketing and communications plans for Centres of Excellence, Outreach, Social Franchise Network and ManeCali.
• Monitor service uptake, client feedback and margin trends to recommend pricing adjustments that boost service numbers.
• Support community mobilisation, training and accreditation of clinical staff and facilities to become youth‑friendly.
• Collaborate with Community and Zonal Marketing Agents and allied projects to increase service uptake across all channels.
• Design targeted promotions to grow Life Presenter Mentions through the Social Franchise network, Centres of Excellence and Outreach.
• Conduct market research and analysis to provide intelligence for appropriate interventions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sociology, Political Science, Psychology or any Social Science discipline.
• Additional professional qualifications in Project Management, Marketing or Communications are desirable.
