Marketing Officer – Social Media & Brand Builder

About the role

The Marketing Officer will be the voice of our farm‑to‑door food brand across digital platforms and trade channels. Working closely with the Managing Director and operations team, you will shape brand storytelling, drive community engagement, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create premium photos, short videos, reels, stories, and captions; develop a monthly content calendar.
• Produce on‑farm and behind‑the‑scenes content; monitor and respond to comments and DMs.
• Translate the farm‑to‑door story into consistent brand narratives and visual identity.
• Manage relationships with food bloggers, chefs, influencers and develop a chef‑ambassador programme.
• Support B2B outreach to restaurants, hotels, caterers and corporate buyers via LinkedIn and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Prepare sales‑enabling materials such as brochures, price lists, pitch decks and sample kits.
• Represent the company at food events, trade fairs and market activations.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns on Meta and TikTok; track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and develop loyalty and referral programmes.

Required profile

• Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in food, FMCG, hospitality or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts.

• WhatsApp broadcast and campaign execution.
• Meta Ads and TikTok Ads paid campaign setup.
• Photo and video shooting, editing and content design.
