Measurement Operator (Land Surveyor)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Measurement Operator to join our Engineering team in Takoradi. You will conduct precise field measurements and provide accurate data to support our infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate total stations, auto/digital levels, GPS‑RTK systems and other surveying tools.
• Perform independent field surveys such as topographic mapping, boundary marking and construction layout.
• Set out building axes, road alignments, drainage systems and verify as‑built conditions.
• Record, process and analyse field data using AutoCAD and GIS tools; prepare survey reports, sketches and digital maps.
• Ensure work meets accuracy standards (±3 mm–5 mm) and adhere to site safety protocols.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience with total stations and auto/digital levels.
• Ability to work independently on remote or rural sites.
• Minimum 3 years experience in infrastructure surveying (roads, pipelines, buildings, etc.).
