Offloading & Issuing Manager

About the role

The Offloading & Issuing Manager will lead end‑to‑end receiving and dispatch operations for a diverse hardware portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods while adapting to fluctuating business demands.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and dispatch processes for heavy, light hardware and general merchandise.
• Allocate manpower, forklifts and cranes, and optimise truck loading/unloading sequences based on priority.
• Monitor KPIs such as truck waiting time, loading efficiency and 4‑hour in‑warehouse completion rate, targeting ≥95% performance.
• Lead resolution of exceptions including delays, mis‑shipments, shortages and damages, maintaining logs and corrective actions.
• Ensure correct use of WMS/TMS systems and align system data with floor operations.
• Collaborate with transportation, sales and customer service to obtain shipment plans and support priority orders.
• Manage supervisors and frontline staff, delivering safety and system training and conducting performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse operations.
• Good leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
