Product Manager – AYAT Platform

About the role

AppCyclers is looking for an AYAT Product Manager to lead the growth and continuous improvement of its AI‑powered e‑waste marketplace. The role combines product management, technical coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the platform scales across Ghana and the wider African market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and scaling of the AYAT platform.
• Coordinate development, testing, and deployment of new features.
• Support design and creation of additional digital tools linked to the AYAT ecosystem.
• Write, review, and contribute to code where needed.
• Integrate artificial‑intelligence solutions into platform workflows.
• Develop strategies to boost user adoption, engagement, and overall platform growth.
• Lead user onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing support.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and propose innovative enhancements.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, partners, and management.
• Represent AppCyclers at meetings, workshops, conferences, and international events.

Required profile

• Age between 20 and 35 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Product Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for circular‑economy solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
