Sales Advisor

About the role

The Sales Advisor will work on‑site in Accra, representing GLICO Life Insurance and promoting its life insurance solutions. This full‑time position focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance products that meet customers' financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and manage sales leads through proactive outreach and networking.
• Explain the benefits of GLICO’s life insurance policies and customize solutions for individual clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Participate in ongoing sales training to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Educational background: WASSCE, Diploma, HND or Degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven sales orientation with a results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to undergo training and develop professional skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
