Security Guard

About the role

We are looking for a disciplined Security Guard to protect people, property and assets at Micasso Tiles Plaza in Spintex, Accra. The role requires a strong military background, high alertness and professionalism to maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all entry and exit points and conduct regular patrols of the showroom and surrounding areas.
• Operate CCTV systems and promptly report any suspicious activity.
• Verify visitor and vendor access, manage vehicle movement and guide parking.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, fire, accidents or other emergencies and provide first‑line assistance.
• Preserve incident scenes, document reports and maintain accurate daily logs and handover notes.
• Enforce company rules, safety standards and security protocols.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in security or protective services.
• Basic education (SHS/WASSCE) or equivalent; military training is an advantage.
• Strong discipline, integrity, attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good physical fitness, stamina and professional interaction skills.

Required skills

• Operating CCTV systems.
• Using radios and scanners.
