About the role

Use senior accounting and audit expertise to create, evaluate, and refine realistic training tasks for advanced AI systems.

Key responsibilities

Produce high‑difficulty expert tasks and gold‑standard solutions across financial reporting, controls, compliance, and assurance scenarios.
Review and calibrate peer work, maintain day‑to‑day quality, and flag genuine edge cases or rubric ambiguities.

Required profile

8–15 years of accounting or audit experience at Manager–Director level in public accounting or as an industry Controller.
Relevant qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA; CIA or CISA is a plus.
Expert knowledge of US GAAP, complex accounting issues, financial statements, disclosures, reporting requirements, internal controls, and audit judgment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
AI evaluation or related analytical experience preferred but not required.

Required skills

What we offer

Short‑term contractor engagement for up to 9 weeks.
Commit 4–40 hours per week with at least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time.
Compensation: $16.10 USD per hour.
