Senior Food Services Specialist – Tier 4 Chef

About the role

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Senior Food Services Specialist (Tier 4 Chef) to lead food service operations at its Tamale site. You will ensure safe, nutritious, and appealing meals while managing a team of staff, subcontractors, and labor‑broker personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily food service operations and personnel across the assigned facility.
• Coordinate operational planning with other groups, clients, and ensure skilled resources are available.
• Oversee safe, clean preparation of meals and provide culinary instruction to staff.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food storage to meet menu requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory codes (TB MED 530, 29 CFR 1910.1200, DoD 1338.10‑M, MIL‑STD‑3006C).
• Develop and maintain training programs for all supervised personnel.
• Maintain a sanitary working environment and guarantee quality and quantity of food delivery.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of related food‑service supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications.
• Intermediate English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Authorization to work in Ghana.
