Concrete Mixer Truck Driver

About the role
We are looking for a reliable driver to operate a concrete mixer truck, delivering fresh concrete to construction sites across the Accra and Tema region. The role requires punctual deliveries while ensuring the concrete maintains its quality and consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the concrete mixer truck to assigned sites, loading and unloading concrete as needed.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and keep the vehicle clean, including washing the drum after each delivery.
- Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies, and report any mechanical issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate effectively with plant staff, dispatchers, and site personnel.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s licence (category F) with proven experience driving concrete mixer trucks.
- Good knowledge of road safety rules and local routes.
- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
