About the role
The HR & Executive Assistant supports the Human Resources department and senior management at Canal+ Telecom Ghana. You will ensure smooth HR service delivery across recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and employee relations while handling executive calendar and travel logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities: job posting, screening, interview scheduling and preparation of contracts.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, process status changes and issue HR letters and certificates.
- Collect payroll data, liaise with payroll providers and support benefits administration.
- Handle senior managers’ calendars, arrange meetings, prepare agendas, minutes and follow‑up actions.
- Organise business travel, accommodation and visitor logistics.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries and support engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training logistics, track attendance and maintain development records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or assistant role, preferably in a multinational or telecom/media environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
