Human Resources Generalist

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will partner with client organisations to understand their HR needs and deliver tailored solutions. This role acts as a trusted advisor on HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, while ensuring high‑quality outsourced HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design and implement HR strategies, organisational design and talent acquisition plans.
• Manage outsourced HR services, monitor service level agreements and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead recruitment projects from job profiling to onboarding and post‑placement follow‑up.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary procedures and policy implementation.
• Prepare monthly payrolls and maintain staff databases using HRIS tools.
• Drive performance management processes and use HR analytics to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑6 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a client‑facing or consultancy role.
• Strong understanding of HR outsourcing models, SLA management and Ghanaian labour laws.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
