Junior Architect

About the role

Neoteros Group is seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join its Accra office. You will work closely with senior architects and project teams to develop innovative, sustainable designs that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare design proposals and concept sketches.
• Generate detailed architectural drawings using CAD software.
• Assist in drafting, documentation, and project development tasks.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
• Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Required profile

• Proficiency in architectural design principles.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and design integration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Technical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage timelines and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Relevant professional experience or internships are a plus.
