Junior Financial Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Financial Advisor to join PETRA’s team in Ghana. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help clients develop and implement personalized financial plans that support their short‑ and long‑term goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultations on financial planning, investment options and retirement strategies.
• Support the delivery of tailored financial advisory services to individual and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and goal achievement.
• Assist senior advisors in preparing financial proposals and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of financial planning and finance principles.
• Understanding of retirement planning and investment strategies.
• Experience in financial advisory services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities in financial contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CFP are an advantage.
