Material Handler

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Material Handler to join our Accra facility. The successful candidate will ensure smooth flow of raw materials, paper stocks and finished printed products through receiving, storage and dispatch activities. You will work closely with production and logistics teams to maintain high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Store raw materials, paper stocks and finished goods safely and in an organized manner.
• Prepare items for internal production use or outbound shipment, including packing and labeling.
• Support regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and maintain a clean work area.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in shipping and receiving or material handling.
• Knowledge of inventory control practices and stock rotation.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work on feet for extended periods.
• Basic literacy and numeracy to read work orders, delivery notes and inventory records.
• Previous experience in a printing, manufacturing or warehouse environment is an advantage.
