Sales Manager – Ghana Market (Premium Health Club)

About the role

Vivago is expanding its premium private health club services in Ghana and seeks a Sales Manager to drive market penetration. The role combines business development, direct client interaction, and close collaboration with strategic partners to generate subscriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Vivago’s premium health‑club offering to partner‑derived leads.
• Qualify, meet and convert prospects through in‑person presentations and full‑cycle sales management.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for leads, subscriptions and revenue.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with partner sales teams to identify and qualify business opportunities.
• Participate in joint commercial initiatives such as events, campaigns and client presentations.
• Maintain rigorous prospect tracking in the CRM and report on conversion metrics.
• Ensure a premium client experience before, during and after subscription, coordinating with operations for smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in business, management, marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B or B2B2C business development, partnership management or strategic account handling.
• Background in banking, insurance or other premium services is an advantage.
• Fluent English; French optional.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
