About the role
As a Van Sales Representative based in Kumasi, you will be the front‑line link between Shalina Healthcare Ghana and pharmacies, hospitals and other healthcare providers. You will promote, sell and deliver pharmaceutical products while building strong relationships with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell Shalina’s pharmaceutical portfolio to existing and new customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with pharmacists, doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver products according to the scheduled route and ensure proper stock levels at customer sites.
- Handle cash sales, issue invoices and ensure timely deposits.
- Maintain accurate sales records, delivery reports and provide regular sales performance reports to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Ensure all products are stored and transported in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience selling pharmaceutical products.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and meet sales targets.
