Anti-Fraud Investigation Manager

About the role

The Anti-Fraud Investigation Manager leads the development and execution of anti‑fraud strategies, ensuring the organization’s processes are protected against fraudulent activities. This role combines policy creation, investigative leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration to safeguard assets and maintain compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement anti‑fraud policies, procedures, and control systems.
• Lead investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, and compliance violations.
• Identify fraud risks and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
• Monitor internal processes and controls to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Prepare investigation reports and present findings to senior management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on fraud‑related matters.
• Provide anti‑fraud training and promote compliance awareness across the organization.
• Ensure investigations comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, anti‑fraud investigation, or compliance management.
• Strong knowledge of fraud prevention, risk control, and investigation procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate compliance standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
