BM Marketing Executive

About the role

The Building Materials (BM) Marketing Executive will drive showroom performance and brand visibility for Twyford, Micasso and Frencia within our Kumasi operations. Working closely with sales, product and showroom teams, you will ensure that brand standards are consistently applied and that marketing initiatives translate into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly showroom checking plans for all BM brands.
• Collect and approve spot‑check reports from salesmen, shop guiders and showroom managers on schedule.
• Train new and existing staff on showroom standards, customer engagement and display guidelines; review performance in monthly meetings.
• Prepare and analyse showroom performance summary reports and manage incentive policies for sales teams.
• Coordinate with product teams to obtain launch images, materials and updates, ensuring new products are prominently displayed.
• Manage marketing materials, display assets and showroom inventory to meet brand requirements.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on showroom checks, product launches and overall performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, sales or showroom management, preferably in building materials or FMCG.
• Strong planning, communication and team‑leadership abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
