About the role
The Business Development & Sales Executive will lead end‑to‑end project cycles, from prospecting to closing, while driving new market penetration for our advertising services. You will also secure sponsorships and partnerships for internal initiatives and manage client relationships to meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure sponsorships/partnerships for in‑house projects.
- Sell advertising services to prospects within assigned industries.
- Grow retainer revenue by proposing innovative concepts to existing accounts.
- Define project objectives, scope, roles, and resource requirements.
- Allocate internal and third‑party resources and track project budgets.
- Collaborate with senior executives on client brief brainstorming and proposal preparation.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and provide regular status reports.
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong client communication and respond promptly to inquiries.
