Chartered Accountant – Hospitality Finance

About the role

A leading hospitality establishment in Takoradi is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join its finance team. The role involves managing financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis while ensuring compliance with regulations and hotel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards and hotel policies.
• Manage and maintain financial records, accounts and ledgers.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Provide financial guidance and support to various departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACCA, ICA or equivalent).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
