About the role
The Client Service Officer / Executive will be the first point of contact for members and clients, handling inquiries across email, WhatsApp, phone and walk‑in channels. The role supports pension product information, membership processes and claim validation while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, telephone and in‑person.
- Provide accurate information on pension products, membership procedures, contributions and claim concerns.
- Handle and resolve client complaints and escalations within agreed service timelines.
- Conduct first‑line validation and processing of membership and beneficiary claims received from clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Insurance, Banking & Finance, Public Relations or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year post‑graduate experience in customer service, client relations, pensions, insurance, banking or a related industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively.
- Good presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools.
